Job Title Network Design Engineer - TS/SCI Required
Description As part of a large, 5+ year program, the Help Desk Technical Support will resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk environment. Use expertise in customer service and technical knowledge gained from prior programming experience to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products. Work is performed under only very general supervision.
Pay Rate 44.32 per hour
Scheduled Hours 40 per week
Additional Information Minimum requirements include: An active, TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Clearance, two years of experience troubleshooting and resolving network anomalies on an operational network and working on a helpdesk. Must be willing to support a work schedule which is either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to include weekends for a 24x7x365 HelpDesk. Candidates with the following skills are preferred: * 1 year Cisco CallManager * 1 year Tandberg VTC * 1 year Network monitoring tool (HP-OV, OPNET, or equivalent) * 1 year Apple workstations and Sun servers.
