| Description | Our client, a heavy industrial, civil construction and construction management company is seeking a Transmission Line Field Superintendent to supervise the transmission distribution construction effort to ensure design, budget, schedule and safety considerations are adhered to. The Transmission Line Field Superintendent will: Interface with client representatives and other contractors to provide technical guidance. Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions, to include scheduling, engineering, material control and safety. Supervise all craft and subcontract employees. Authorize/approve all field purchases and design change requests. | ||

| Additional Information | Minimum requirements: Combination of technical training and related experience in Transmission and Distribution construction and maintenance. Engineering degree is a plus – but not required. Minimum of eight years construction management and/or craft supervision experience in high voltage transmission and distribution work. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of transmission distribution high-voltage line construction, craft, client relations, engineering, cost control, schedules and safety. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills Solid electrical background with experience in running multiple jobs. | ||
