
RealStreet Staffing fills a variety of executive level construction and engineering positions for the architectural, construction and engineering communities. We provide temporary, temporary-to-hire, leasing and direct-hire services for the commercial, private and government sectors throughout the DC / Baltimore Metro area.
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Many positions are available immediately.
In the application process, you will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as the type of employment you would like to find and preference of hours. You will also interview with a RealStreet Staffing recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your interests, skills and experience. Once we confirm your references, we will then offer you jobs based on all the factors of the application and interview process.
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
We realize that not every job is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position.
