Dean Clark, CISSP, CSP, Operations Manager

Dean brings more than 30 years of IT and Operations Management experience to RealStreet. His thorough understanding of all aspects of business operations, has allowed him a superior level of success in his career. Prior to working with RealStreet, Dean spent 10 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Operations Manager for the Advanced Concepts and Technology Division. During this time, his primary responsibility was to work with Program Management, Company Executives, Internal Support Organizations and Customers to ensure that Program Personnel had all of the necessary tools & support to ensure that they were able to perform efficiently and effectively on Internal Research & Development and Customer Programs. In addition, he was responsible for directly managing and/or working many Special Projects.

Dean is a member of the (ISC)² where he holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) designation and a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA) where he holds the designation of Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).

A graduate of University Maryland, he holds degrees in Computer Science and Law Enforcement.

Rob Warner, PMP, SeaPort-e Program Manager

Rob joins RealStreet as the SeaPort-e Program Manager with more than 20 years of program, strategy, business operations, and financial management experience. Prior to working with RealStreet, he managed and supported numerous Federal programs within the Intelligence, DoD and civilian communities.

Most recently, Rob was the Business Area Director for CSRA, formally known as Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he managed the Maryland Intelligence Portfolio. While in this role he supervised the program’s delivery of IT services to the end customer, as both a prime contractor and subcontractor, focusing on delivery and growth of a $100M business segment. His primary responsibilities included strategic planning, efforts to capture new business, and the development and strengthening of customer relationships. As a function of program management, Rob also routinely met with senior officials to gather business intelligence, shape acquisition plans, confirm contract fulfillment and to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Rob holds his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with the Program Management Institute (PMI). A graduate of University of Maryland, he holds a bachelors in business from the University of Maryland and earned an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.

Chris D’Onofrio, CSP, Branch Manager – Marriottsville, MD

Chris brings more than 20 years of business development experience to his diversified client base at RealStreet. It is this deep understanding of clients’ needs that has allowed him a superior level of success in his career, supporting their requirements throughout the entire business development process. Prior to working with RealStreet, Chris spent 13 years with the Baltimore Orioles in the position of Corporate Account Manager. During this time, he was responsible for increasing corporate sponsors and suite holders while continuing to manage relationships with existing clients. In addition, he was responsible for managing the Sales & Fan Services Department of over 100 hundred employees during his tenure.

Chris is a member of the Maryland Association of Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and has maintained a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) contractor’s license since 1995.

A graduate of Towson University, he holds a degree in Sports Management and Business Administration.

Maribeth Corduck, CSP, Branch Manager – Tysons Corner, VA

Maribeth joins RealStreet as the Branch Manager of the Tysons Corner office. Throughout her career, she has had a strong focus in operations, sales, recruiting, strategic alliances and team development. Additionally, Maribeth brings over 15 years of business development experience to the company. Having worked in multiple, diverse industries prior to joining RealStreet, she acquired nine years of experience within the staffing industry. During this time she met and exceeded all client expectations by being a strategic partner to the clients, delivering customized solutions for their workforce management needs. Maribeth’s efforts enabled organizations to achieve superior quality deployment, exceptional profit management and competitive advantage.

Maribeth is a member of the USAA and the American Legion, and a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. She is a member of the American Staffing Association where she holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation and a membership with the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

Jennifer Pipino, CSP, Branch Manager – Bel Air, MD

Jennifer joins RealStreet as the Branch Manager of the Bel Air, MD office. With more than 12 years of strategic industry sales, recruitment and management experience, she has a deep understanding of the Baltimore market and industry trends. Prior to joining RealStreet, Jennifer served clients ranging from Fortune 100 businesses to emerging market leaders. Her success is attributed to her commitment to clients while providing the highest level of customer support and client-defined value.

Jennifer is a member of the Engineers Club of Baltimore, the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, the Harford County Chamber of Commerce and the Hunt Valley Business Forum. A graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University, Jennifer holds dual degrees in Communication Arts and English.

Christopher Gilbart, CSP, PHR, SHRM-CP, Recruiter – Frederick, MD

Chris joins RealStreet as a Recruiter for the Frederick, MD branch office. Chris brings over ten years of experience working in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition as a Generalist and Recruiter, during which time he provided a top-quality customer service experience to all of his clients. Prior to coming to RealStreet, he gained industry experience working for construction and construction equipment companies such as Bechtel Corporation, Marcor Environmental and JLG Industries.

A graduate of Radford University in southwestern Virginia, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in organizational management. He is a certified PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and continues to expand his HR and recruiting techniques and strategies through online learning.

Kristin Stolzenbach, Recruiter – Marriottsville, MD

Kristin Stolzenbach joined RealStreet as the Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the recruiting team in daily tasks to ensure a positive and efficient recruiting experience for prospective candidates. She has since been promoted to the role of Recruiter. She utilizes her recruiting knowledge to conduct technical searches, generating potential candidates, and to perform screenings, ensuring the best candidates are identified and presented to clients. She manages communications between the potential candidates and clients, and takes a lead role in the hiring process to ensure a successful placement has been made.

Kristin comes to RealStreet after spending the past year working at Applied Network Solutions, Inc. serving as the Recruiting Assistant.  Kristin sourced candidates and conducted pre-screen interviews.  She also maintained the company’s applicant tracking system and tracked candidates as they moved through the interview process.

Whitney Johnson, Recruiter – Bel Air, MD

Whitney joined RealStreet as the Recruiting Coordinator in the Bel Air office and has since been promoted to the role of Recruiter. As a recruiter, she takes a lead role in RealStreet’s hiring process. Whitney is now responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, as well as managing communications between potential candidates and clients.

Whitney comes to RealStreet after spending the past three years as a verifications specialist. In this role, she was tasked with completing all employment, license, personal, professional references, and work related verification functions required for assigned cases. During that time she also assisted management in the recruiting process for the department.

As a graduate of Salisbury University, Whitney holds a degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology. As a direct contact with RealStreet’s candidates, Whitney will apply her education and previous experience to her new role to ensure positive candidate experiences and ongoing company success.

Lina Guzman, Recruiter – Tysons Corner, VA

Lina joined RealStreet as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Tysons Corner branch office, where she supported the recruiting team by searching for potential candidates and assisting in the screening and hiring processes. She has since been promoted to the roll of Recruiter, taking on additional responsibilities and leading the office’s recruiting efforts.

Lina brings over ten years of experience in the education field, where she developed a wide variety of interpersonal skills, such as problem-solving techniques and effective communication tendencies. Within the last year, she began gaining HR experience working as a (temporary) HR Assistant. Lina is currently attending the University of Virginia, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentration in Humanities.

Elizabeth Joyner, Recruiting Coordinator – Tysons Corner, VA

Elizabeth joined RealStreet as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Tysons Corner office. Her responsibilities include supporting the recruiting team by sourcing and screening potential candidates. Shewill also assist in coordinating the candidate application process by scheduling candidate interviews, formatting resumes, creating ScoreCards and assisting with basic HR functions including the processing of background checks, completing reference checks and recording/verifying new hire start dates.

Elizabeth brings in eight years of experience in client relations. Prior to RealStreet she was an intern for an international staffing firm where she created and posted job descriptions, established compensation structures, and developed recruiting materials. She currently holds a Bachelor’s of Art in English Language and Literature and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Maryland. She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Katy Cook, CSP, Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator, Katy is responsible for insuring that RealStreet’s marketing is consistent, relevant and in tune with the current market conditions. She manages trade shows and recruiting events, the company’s online presence, radio advertising and other marketing initiatives. Her efforts will support the company in its goal to provide the highest quality candidate to the very best companies in the construction and engineering communities.

Prior to RealStreet, Katy worked at Goetze’s Candy Company, Inc. as the E-Business Coordinator. During this time, she played a significant role in the company’s ongoing marketing strategy and responsibilities, and managed the overall online presence. She maintains dual degrees from Towson University; E-Business and business with a concentration in marketing, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in marketing from Loyola University. Katy is a Young Member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and is a member of the American Staffing Association where she holds a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation.

Kevin McGovern, CSP, Vice President

Kevin is Vice President at RealStreet where he serves the organization by providing operational support. He brings over 29 years of successful marketing, management and operational experience to the company with his core competency in the construction industry.

Prior to coming to RealStreet, Kevin spent 24 years in the fire protection business, where the majority of his experience was working for various divisions of Tyco International. While at Tyco, he worked in the Special Hazards Fire Protection environment, a special niche area in Fire Protection. It was here that he worked very closely with architects, engineers and the world’s largest construction companies to assist in the design, construction and application of highly sophisticated unique fire protection hazards. This work was in a tremendously varied portfolio of facilities including power generation, petrochemical, data centers, highly volatile manufacturing and munitions. It is his wide ranging exposure to an extremely diverse, yet focused portion of the construction industry, which supports RealStreet in its goal to provide the highest quality candidates to the very best companies in the construction and engineering communities.

After a string of failures trying to find the right person on our own, RealStreet came through for us. The first person they recommended was the person we’d been looking for all along. It doesn’t get better than that.
